The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
Certain features of the Platform require registration. When creating an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.
3.2 Account Security

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, and materials available on the Platform are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.
5.2 User-Submitted Content
By submitting, posting, or sharing any content through the Platform — including questions, comments, or materials during Sessions — you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute such content as necessary to operate the Platform.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
5.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to the Company may be used by the Company without restriction or compensation to you.
6. Sessions and Participation
6.1 Session Access
Access to specific Sessions may require registration, payment, or invitation. The Company reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any Session at its discretion.
6.2 Participant Conduct
During any Session, you agree to behave respectfully toward other participants and presenters. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from a Session for disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior without refund or notice.
6.3 Recordings
Sessions may be recorded by the Company for archival, educational, or distribution purposes. By participating, you acknowledge that your contributions during a Session may be included in such recordings.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Certain Sessions or features may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly stated prior to purchase. By completing a payment, you agree to the stated pricing and conditions.
7.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a Session has been accessed.
7.3 Billing Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. The Company is not liable for failed transactions resulting from incorrect or outdated payment details.
8. Third-Party Services
