About Lorsked

A platform built around one question.

How to understand exactly who you are selling to — this is the question that shaped every webinar, every curriculum decision, and every speaker invitation at Lorsked. The platform exists because that question rarely gets a structured, evidence-based answer in conventional business education.

Founded in 2016 in Warsaw, Lorsked has grown into a transnational learning environment where e-commerce practitioners work through real problems in real time.

What the platform was built to address

Webinar session on customer segmentation in e-commerce

Most e-commerce education focuses on tactics — ad formats, platform algorithms, conversion rate benchmarks. Lorsked was designed around a different starting point: the buyer.

Understanding customer motivation, decision patterns, and the specific friction points that interrupt purchase intent requires a structured analytical lens. That lens is what Lorsked's curriculum delivers, through live sessions where participants work with real data and real scenarios rather than simplified case abstractions.

The platform is deliberately transnational. Participants from Poland, the Netherlands, Georgia, and Vietnam work through the same materials and challenge each other's assumptions — which turns out to be one of the most effective ways to stress-test a customer engagement model against genuine market diversity.

Every programme is structured so that participants leave with a working analytical framework, not a collection of slides.

How the curriculum is structured

Each programme at Lorsked follows a three-phase logic: establish the analytical baseline, apply it to live data, then stress-test conclusions through peer review. This structure keeps sessions from becoming passive presentations.

Speakers are selected because they have solved the problem being taught — not because they have written about it.

Live-first delivery

All sessions are delivered live with no pre-recorded substitutes. Participants ask questions during the session, and speakers adjust depth based on what the group actually needs to resolve.

Data-grounded analysis

Sessions reference actual store datasets, segmentation outputs, and funnel diagnostics. Participants are expected to bring their own numbers and compare them against patterns discussed in the session.

Cross-market peer review

Conclusions drawn in one market context are tested against participants operating in different regulatory, cultural, and competitive environments. This prevents the formation of locally biased frameworks.

The people who run the programme

Lorsked is run by a small permanent team responsible for curriculum design, speaker selection, and participant experience. The team does not grow by adding generalists — each person covers a specific operational domain.

Programme speakers rotate based on topic relevance and are drawn from active practitioners, not from a fixed roster of recurring presenters.
